How payment works
- Payments are processed securely at checkout through third-party payment providers.
- Checkout is encrypted, and Noble Cigs does not store full card numbers.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Your order counts as paid only once the payment is confirmed. You will then see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.
If your payment is declined
- Check that your billing details match the details your card issuer has on file.
- Try again once, or use another card.
- If the card keeps being declined, contact your card issuer.
Pending charges and duplicate payments
A failed attempt can leave a temporary hold on your card. Your bank or card issuer decides when that hold is released. Before you pay again, check My Account > Orders or email us. If you think you were charged twice, email [email protected] with your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day and go back to your original payment method. How long the credit takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Purchases are limited to adults 21+.
